Will is a Passionate and Engaging Speaker, Trainer, Coach, Consultant, and Facilitator who is totally in Love with Empowering people to a state of well-being, and personal development.
Will says, " Knowledge alone doesn't Empower anyone... Just as the Hammer lying on the workbench does not get a job done. There is a need for Proper and Practical Application." Empowerment through taking Responsibility.


Will's strength is equipping you with the  "HOW TO's".

As a Trainer, Coach, and Speaker, Will  Works with  Youth, Teachers and Community Leaders locally as well as abroad in Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, and South Africa. 


Here in the U.S.,  Will serves families, and schools by Empowering Students, Partnering with Parents & Teachers, and Consulting for Community Youth Serving Organizations. 


Will believes that "Every Mentor and Coach Needs a Mentor and Coach." 

For this reason, Will has remained a student and mentee to his Mentor, Dr. James D. Treadwell Jr.  Will has been with him for over 25 years.

 Will believes that We can't expect our Youth to be open and teachable when we as adults have closed up shop to being taught.  We can only give, what We Live..."


Will's Passion is to Help People and Empower them to be "Their" Absolute Best by helping them Identify and Overcome personal limitations.
